Each new medium extends the <a href=\"https:\/\/webstersantafe.com\/virgil-ortiz-time-in-the-clay\/\">Cochiti pottery tradition<\/a> that has grounded him from the start. As he puts it, \u201cClay remembers what the future forgets.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Creative Circle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">QUIVER also brings Ortiz\u2019s creative circle into focus. Visual alchemist Max Baptiste and ceramicist Carlos Condit each add a distinct voice, as does Ortiz\u2019s collaboration with STORM by Montecristi, a series of handcrafted luxury hats that carry his iconic imagery into wearable form. Also debuting, Los Angeles fine-jewelry designer Ilene Joy will present REVERIE, her newest customizable collection.
