The house

The neighborhood

Rancho Viejo is a master planned community on the south side of Santa Fe, near the Santa Fe Community College and the Institute of American Indian Arts, with walking trails, open space, and its own parks. It is where Santa Fe buyers go for a well built newer house at a price the Eastside cannot offer, about fifteen minutes from the Plaza. The homeowners’ association maintains the common areas. The schools are Amy Biehl Community School, Capshaw Middle, and Capital High.
