WEBSTER ESTATES was founded in 1972 by Chris Webster upon his acquiring, remodeling, developing, and then selling, both a small ranch and a nearby commercial building soon after graduating from college. Later that year he relocated and established his business headquarters on the westside of The Plaza in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico where it remains to this day.
