Maya Hiersoux is a passionate real estate professional who began her career in Berkeley, CA, before relocating to Santa Fe, NM. With a background in Public Policy and Communications at Bayer Healthcare, she seamlessly transitioned into real estate, quickly earning recognition as a Rising Star and top producer.
Maya blends passion, expertise, and a touch of magic in her real estate career. Born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley, she spent her formative years visiting Santa Fe, NM, where her family roots run deep. Drawn to the enchanting landscapes and vibrant culture, Maya moved to Santa Fe, embracing the city as home. Committed to community leadership and civic engagement, she is an alumna of Leadership Santa Fe, a program dedicated to cultivating informed and impactful leaders in the region. Through this experience, Maya has deepened her knowledge of Santa Fe’s economic development, sustainability, and housing landscape—insights that inform her real estate practice and advocacy for the city’s future.
Additionally, her certification from New Ventures West in Business and Executive Coaching allows her to guide her clients with insight, empathy, and a strategic vision that ensures each transaction flows smoothly. Maya’s ability to see how all the elements of a deal come together ensures a seamless and successful process for her clients.
Now fully immersed in the Land of Enchantment, Maya works on the Webster Estates team within Sotheby’s International Realty – Santa Fe led by Chris Webster, owner of Webster Enterprises and Leading Estates of the World. To stay inspired and nurture her creative side, she acts as the Director of Guest Services at Gardenia Jungle, a film and production company in Santa Fe.
Maya is a graduate of the University of California San Diego, Revelle College, with a B.A. in Communication and a Minor in Art History. When not helping clients or creating community, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and making magical memories with her son, Chance.
