This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites, how we use it, who else receives it, and what choices you have. It covers all three parts of webstersantafe.com:
- webstersantafe.com — Webster Santa Fe, our editorial and city guide site
- webstersantafe.com/fine-art/ — Webster Collection, our fine art gallery and its online shop
- webstersantafe.com/real-estate/ — Webster Estates, our real estate practice
All three are operated by Webster Enterprises, LLC at The Plaza, 54½ Lincoln Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501, USA. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that company, and “the Sites” means all three sites above.

1. Information you give us
Contact forms
Each of the three sites has a contact form. The general contact forms on Webster Santa Fe, Webster Collection, and Webster Estates collect your name, your email address, a subject line, and an optional message. The inquiry form on an individual real estate listing collects your name, your email address, and an optional message.
When you submit a form, the contents are emailed to our staff and are also saved in the website’s database and in the site’s email log.
We keep contact form submissions indefinitely. They are not deleted on a schedule. If you would like your submission removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Shop orders (Webster Collection)
When you buy from the Webster Collection shop we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the details of your order. You can check out as a guest; the shop does not offer customer accounts or registration.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processor, described in section 4.
Email, phone, and in-person inquiries
If you write, call, or visit and give us your details, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Sites, our hosting, security, and analytics tools receive:
- your IP address
- your browser and device type, version, and operating system
- your language setting and screen size
- the page you came from, including a search term if you arrived from a search
- the pages you view on the Sites, and when
- for shop visits, what is in your cart
Some of this is stored in cookies and similar browser storage. Section 5 lists them.
3. How we use information
- to answer your inquiries and provide what you have asked for
- to process, fulfill, ship, and support orders from the Webster Collection shop
- to operate, secure, and improve the Sites
- to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms and checkout
- to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use the analytics and advertising services described in section 4, and those companies receive information about your visit to the Sites.
4. Companies that process information for us
These services run on the Sites or handle information on our behalf. Each is subject to its own privacy policy.

Advertising and shopping integrations
The Webster Collection shop has integrations with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and with Google shopping and advertising. We may use these to measure how our advertising performs and to show our works to people likely to be interested in them. Where they are in use, Meta or Google may receive the pages you viewed on the shop and, for an order, the fact that a purchase was made and its value.
As measured on November 2, 2026, neither was placing an advertising tag in visitors’ browsers, though the Meta integration is initialized on our server. If you would rather not be measured this way, you can use your ad settings with Meta and Google, or block the relevant cookies in your browser.
5. Cookies and similar storage
The Sites use cookies and browser storage for the purposes below. These were measured on October 21, 2026.

These load when you arrive at the Sites. The Sites do not currently offer a cookie preference control, and do not respond to a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the shopping cart will not work without them.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics in any browser using Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Email from us
We do not run a newsletter or a marketing email list on these Sites, and there is no email signup on them. Email we send is either a reply to your inquiry or a message about an order you placed.
7. When we share information otherwise
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our clients, or others.
- With our professional advisors, such as accountants and attorneys, where they need it to advise us.
- In a business transfer, if our business or part of it is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
8. Security
The Sites are served over HTTPS, and we use a firewall, security plugins, and a content delivery network with bot protection. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How long we keep information
- Contact form submissions: kept indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete yours
- Order and customer records: kept as long as we need them for the purposes described in this policy, and as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Website analytics: kept for as long as we need it to understand how the Sites are used, subject to the retention period set in our analytics account
- Backups: kept as long as we need them to restore the Sites after a failure, after which they are overwritten or deleted
Where no period is fixed above, we keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires, whichever is longer.
10. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep.
- Marketing. We do not send marketing email from these Sites. If that changes, every message will include an unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Contact us using the details in section 13 and we will help you exercise them. We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request.
11. Children
The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
The Sites link to other Webster family websites and to third-party sites, including galleries, publications, Santa Fe businesses, and events we write about. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Review their policies before giving them your information.
