The house

The finish is old world rather than contemporary, and it is consistent from room to room: fully plastered interior walls, slate and hardwood floors, and wood ceiling treatments substantial enough to be the first thing anyone notices. Three fireplaces. The windows are divided light throughout, which is the detail that separates a house built in the tradition from one gesturing at it.

We represented the buyer at 1104 Bishops Lodge. The house had been available for some time before our client came to it, which on a property this specific is usually a matter of fit rather than of fault.
