About the property

A house and guest house on Camino Catalina are sited on 1.56 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Catalina Addition, off Bishop’s Lodge Road and Camino Encantado on the Northside. The lot is densely wooded, which gives it privacy, and it still has views of the Sangre de Cristo. The main house is 3,782 square feet and the guest house 533, for 4,315 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, and a two car attached garage.

The house had been newly remodeled when it came to market: new windows, a new roof, new appliances, new wiring, new countertops, skylights, and a Sto stucco finish outside.

The Webster Estates team represented the seller, and the sale closed in 2004.

The house

We represented the seller at the Camino Catalina house. The listing ran fifteen months and the asking price moved a fair distance before it met the buyer, who came through Sotheby’s International Realty. It closed within two percent of the final asking price in the fall of 2004.
