Christopher Webster, III

Every meaningful life is shaped, in part, by the places we inhabit and the objects we choose to live with. That belief has guided my work for as long as I can remember. For more than two decades, I have advised buyers and sellers throughout Northern New Mexico. I grew up inside a family real estate practice that began before I was born. Early on, I learned that trust and listening matter more than any individual transaction. That lesson has stayed with me. Alongside real estate, I founded businesses in fine art and fashion, and produced a Tony award-nominated Broadway musical. These were never detours, but expressions of a single conviction: that culture, design, and place are deeply connected.

Real estate remains my core practice.

A home is never just a financial asset. It sets the rhythm of daily life. The conversations we have, the communities we join, and the memories we build. My role is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and offer guidance grounded in experience, local knowledge, and perspective. I believe the most meaningful client relationships don’t end at the closing table; they begin there.Paisley Mason Webster is the Managing Director of Webster Enterprises, overseeing the company’s positions in private equity and real estate brokerage and development, as well as its art gallery, Webster Collection.
