Keith Claxton moved to Santa Fe from San Francisco in 2021 after years of being intrigued with the area through numerous vacation experiences and the desire to enjoy the many attributes of the City Different and its many rich cultural components. Keith brings decades of experience in commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay area to Webster Estates | Sotheby’s International Realty. A former President of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers, Keith has worked with prestigious clients including Google, Lockheed, Hitachi, Teachers Insurance, Prudential, and Aetna Insurance as both Buyers and Sellers, Tenants, and Landlords. Through his work with these clients, Keith has facilitated the successful implementation of key investment decisions securing the completion of essential business plan executions.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a Stanford University MBA graduate, Keith focuses on all his clients’ goals and objectives and consistently brings an analytical approach to evaluating available alternatives.
