Kris is a catalyst/connector of people, places, and ideas, as she continues to make a positive difference in the world. With a strong background in real estate and development, she brings her passion, professionalism, and vision to her clients in a transaction. For the past 40 years, she has been active in the real estate industry as a licensed real estate broker, both in commercial and residential sales in Silicon Valley, CA. Twenty years ago she started a non-profit 501(c)3 organization developing affordable housing for people with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in Northern California that is recognized as a model organization in the State. In 2004, she became a real estate broker in New Mexico, owning her own real estate company and working both as a developer and broker on various projects in the Santa Fe community. In 2022, Kris joined the WEBSTER ESTATES team at Sotheby’s International Realty in Santa Fe.
