The house

Tesuque is the village north of Santa Fe along the Tesuque Creek, with the market, the church, the river, and the cottonwoods, and the Opera on the ridge above. Bishop’s Lodge Road is its main street, and the estates along it are the largest and greenest in the valley. The Plaza is ten minutes south. The schools are Tesuque Elementary and Santa Fe High.

The listing ran fourteen months, which is the ordinary pace for an estate at the top of the Tesuque market, and it closed within seven percent of the final asking price.
