WEBSTER ESTATES was founded in 1972 by Chris Webster upon his acquiring, remodeling, developing, and then selling, both a small ranch and a nearby commercial building soon after graduating from college.  Later that year he relocated and established his business headquarters on the westside of The Plaza in downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico where it remains to this day. Perpetually inspired by his goals and principles – to meet, develop, nurture, and enjoy relationships with, as well as deliver meaningful and successful results to, the world’s most interesting people in the world’s most beautiful places – the principals – Chris and Patti Webster and their son, Christopher – along with numerous professional associates and colleagues – WEBSTER ESTATES, in association with Sotheby’s International Realty – Santa Fe, continues to provide real estate consulting, marketing, and brokerage services in select markets to buyers, sellers, and developers of upscale luxury properties based on decades of experience, superior market knowledge, extraordinary professional and personal relationships, and insights into important property availability in the primary markets WEBSTER ESTATES serves.
